The Bookkeeping Firm can provide you with a total MYOB consulting service for small to medium businesses.  We can install your MYOB software / upgrades, set-up your MYOB data file/s and make available all the support and training that you and your staff members require. 

We can also assist you or your bookkeeper with any MYOB questions or sticky situations you may find yourself in.  If you're stuck, just ring us and we can talk you through it over the phone.  You don't even need to leave your office!!

• Install your MYOB products - From a simple single-user system to multi-user network configurations, we can install it for you! 
  
  
• Importing & exporting data from previous versions of MYOB, other accounting packages or excel.
  
  
• Set-up your new data file– You can have a professional MYOB Certified Consultant from The Bookkeeping Firm set up your new company Data File correctly!  This can save you the ongoing costs of having to have someone come and repair/fix your incorrectly set up data file.  Your company data file will be set up in such a way that it is individually customised to suit your businesses needs. 
    
• Set-up Payroll - Setup employee details, payroll categories, superannuation entitlements, employment deductions, annual and sick leave accrual accounts all to best fit your business.
   
  
• Set-up your Inventory List – We can set this up with a list from scratch or by using your current stock list.  We can manipulate most stock lists and then import them into the MYOB inventory section for instantaneous use.
   
  
• Customise Invoices– With your company logos and our personal touch, we can customise your invoices, statements, remittance advice slips, payslips and other forms so that they appear expertly done, all designed based on how you want them to look!
  

• Business Activity & Instalment Activity Statements (BAS & IAS) -  Data for the quarter can be overviewed and error corrected to ensure that you don't over pay your GST

• End of Financial Year Reports - We will perform an overview of your datafile, balance all accounts ready for the accountants final touch. From experience this can save you thousands $$$ in misallocated information. We will leave a list of corrections for the accountant to perform and information to check. Will then send thru all requirements that your accountant requires.

• Rollover Data File - Once your accountant has provided you with your End of Year financial reports, your accountant's adjustments will be entered and then your data file is rolled over. 
  
  
• MYOB Training and Consulting - One on one tuition customised to your needs, at your office or ours.  Do you need to increase your MYOB knowledge? Do you need help mastering another MYOB task? Keep a pad beside your computer and as you think of questions, write them down, then call us to make a booking.
